A BMES Fall Break

Monday, October 24, 2011 - 5:52pm

BMES 2011 Annual Conference Program BookOne student from the School for Science and Math at Vanderbilt started his fall break a bit differently this year: Jaron "Shalom" Rottman-Yang presented his work, "Algorithm for Determining the Length of Fluorescent Bead Movement Trails," at the poster session of the Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES) Annual Conference in Hartford, CT on October 15, 2011. Co-authors on the poster included Coy P. McNew and Dr. Eugene J. LeBoeuf from the Vanderbilt Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.

The annual conferences of the BMES serve to build and support the biomedical engineering community and are typically attended by over 3,000 attendees.
